As part of Hyperautomation CoE team, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading automation initiatives across the Bank. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, design and implement RPA solutions that optimize business processes and drive tangible value. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with automation tools and drive meaningful change, through automation. This role reports to the Head of Hyperautomation CoE.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Design, development, testing and implementation of automation solutions using RPA tools

• Create and maintain detailed RPA process documentations in adherence to SOP

• Perform end to end testing, troubleshooting and end user support

• Support change management of existing processes

• Revise and improve codes of existing solutions based on feedback from user

• Proactively identify areas to improve bot performance

• Provide regular and effective progress updates to ensure delivery timeliness

Jobholder Requirements:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology or related IT courses.

• Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skill, able to exercise sound judgment based on strong logic and compelling arguments.

• Excellent oral/written communication, planning and project management skills.
