Manufacturing Process Worker

Oxworks is Australia's largest privately owned manufacturer and distributor of quality fencing products with over 300 staff across 19 locations nationally. Operating for over 20 years, we continue to be a market leader in the industry.

We are seeking highly motivated people with exposure in a similar role or industry to join our Crestmead Manufacturing Facility.

We have multiple positions available working a minimum of 38 hours per week, plus overtime as required.

The Role

Reporting to the Production Manager and Manufacturing Manager, the primary focus is to:

• Efficiently complete the various day-to-day activities within the Production and Supply Chain teams with high quality packaging of orders, QA inspections on fabricated stock and general safety
• Achieve 100% DIFOT whilst minimising damage to stock
• Training of new team members on standard operating procedures as requested
• Foster a positive and can-do approach to servicing the needs of Oxworks internal customers (Branches) as a priority

The Ideal Candidate will be able to demonstrate that following:

• Demonstrated warehouse experience in manufacturing environment
• Current forklift license (Bonus)
• Ability to follow clear verbal instructions
• Ability to multitask
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent people and communication skills
