We're excited to announce a pivotal opportunity for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program Manager to join our team! Peoria is embarking on a transformative journey, migrating its Financial and Human Capital Management systems to Workday, our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. This leadership role will not only be instrumental in this initial endeavor but will also guide the continuous evolution and integration of key software into our ERP for years to come. Initially reporting to the Deputy City Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of professional staff. This is a dynamic, evolving position, offering a unique chance to shape a new program and make a significant impact on our Peoria’s future!

The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years’ experience managing complex ERP systems, covering both technical support and strategic development. While experience with Workday is preferred, your proven ERP expertise and alignment with our values are key.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, change management, or related field;
  • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience in ERP system administration, configuration, or implementation with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role.
