We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Functional Analyst Senior Specialist to join our AEM Team at Digital & Innovation Department.

As IT Functional Analyst you will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of IT solutions that align with business objectives. This role bridges the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that solutions meet functional requirements and improve overall business processes.

What you'll do:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and detailed documentation.
Create UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams to visualize processes and workflows.
Provide support during development phases, ensuring that solutions meet the specified requirements.
Participate in requirement review meetings and present functional analyses to the development team.
Continuous growth and involvement by taking on additional tasks request from the Manager.
Provide training and post-implementation support to business users.

What you'll bring:

Experience in drafting functional analysis documentation.
Knowledge of tools for creating UML diagrams.
Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively with different business functions.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
At least 2-3 years of previous experience in front-end functional analysis.
Good written and spoken knowledge of English and Italian.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and lead initiatives.
