OMS and Integration Expert

Role : OMS and Integration Expert <br /> Location : Onsite – Monterrey, Mexico<br /> Languages: English (required), Spanish (preferred)<br /> Job Description : <br /> <strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience with Order Management System (OMS) implementations and integrations.</li> <li>Hands-on expertise with at least one OMS platform: IBM Sterling, Fluent Commerce, Manhattan, or Blue Yonder.</li> <li>Proficient in integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).</li> <li>Experience integrating with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), WMS, 3PL logistics, and eCommerce platforms.</li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage both technical and business teams.</li> <li>Ability to operate in a hybrid team structure and lead onsite-offshore coordination effectively.</li> </ul> <strong>Nice to Have</strong> <ul> <li>Direct experience in OMS configuration, order workflows, and fulfiller modules.</li> <li>Familiarity with omnichannel fulfilment models in B2C/B2B environments.</li> <li>Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.</li> </ul>
