About the Job

We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Trade & Revenue Lead to join our team in Spain. As part of the Western Europe Trade & Revenue Management (TRM) team, you will report to the WEU Zone TRM Head and work closely with the Country Head for Spain.

Your mission is to create value across the full spectrum of TRM levers—Commercial Policy, Pricing, Pack/Price architecture, Channel/Product Mix—driving positive impact on Net Sales, Profitability, and Cashflow.

Main Responsibilities

  • Commercial Policy: Design and optimize commercial policies to activate Opella brands across channels, aligning with GTN targets and promoting a Pay-for-Performance approach.
  • Pricing Strategy: Lead the pricing process locally, implementing price increases based on competitive index and pack architecture.
  • Promotion ROI: Analyze promotional effectiveness to ensure cost-efficient investment across brands.
  • Mix Management: Monitor and improve SKU, brand, channel, and customer mix through data-driven action plans.
  • Portfolio Optimization: Collaborate with EULA and global teams to simplify and harmonize packaging and pack sizes.
  • Innovation Support: Contribute to innovation planning with sustainable and profitable go-to-market strategies.
  • COGS Analysis: Partner with brand managers and finance to assess cost implications and challenge COGS with IA & CMO.
  • Sales Translation: Lead the Sales Out to Sales In translation within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.

About You

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Analytics.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in revenue management, finance, or commercial roles. FMCG, consumer healthcare, or consultancy background preferred.
  • Soft Skills: High learning agility, ability to challenge and drive change, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.
