What you’ll be building (and shaping):

• Review code, mentor less experienced developers, and promote clean coding standards
• Work closely with Product Managers, DevOps, and SREs to deliver features on time
• Help improve our development processes through automation, CI/CD, and modern DevSecOps practices
• Join system design and architecture discussions, especially in the AI domain
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to keep them stable and reliable
• Stay up to date with the latest tech trends — and help others grow too
• Share knowledge across teams and collaborate to solve technical challenges
• Explore and test different solutions for complex engineering problems
• Estimate effort and break down features into manageable tasks

What makes you a great fit:

• 2+ years in a senior software engineering role
• Solid experience with C#, .NET Core, and building REST APIs
• Experience with test automation (unit, integration tests, etc.)
• Hands-on experience building cloud services (Azure or AWS)
• Previous work in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban)
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline
• Some knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes is a nice plus
• You enjoy solving problems and can communicate clearly
• You’re open to change and like trying new approaches and tools

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with DevOps pipelines
• Experience with Cloud Operations (monitoring, observability, logging)
• Experience with modern frontend development frameworks (e.g. Vue, React, Angular)
