Service Engineer

Installation & Commissioning

• Install and set up mechanical equipment and systems at customer sites.

• Ensure the machinery is correctly configured and integrated.

• Conduct initial testing and performance checks.

Maintenance & Servicing

• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems (preventive and corrective).

• Replace or repair worn-out parts and upgrade outdated systems.

• Maintain service logs and records of all maintenance work.

Troubleshooting & Diagnostics

• Diagnose faults in mechanical systems and equipment.

• Use tools and diagnostic software to identify and resolve issues.

• Provide solutions quickly to minimize downtime.

Customer Support

• Train customers or operators on using and maintaining the equipment.

• Provide technical support on-site or remotely.

• Address customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.

regular Technical Duties

• Calibrate and test mechanical systems.

• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and manuals.

• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams for technical feedback.

• Suggest improvements based on recurring issues or customer feedback.

Administrative & Reporting

• Prepare service reports and documentation.

• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
