The role

We're on the hunt for a developing SaaS salesperson to join our growing Partnerships team! Reporting to the ANZ Head of Partnerships, you’ll own the full sales cycle and take accountability for identifying and closing new partners for Employment Hero.

You'll focus on developing relevant new channel sales opportunities for our market-leading Employment Hero products. You'll utilise a mixture of warm leads (from the marketing function) and outbound prospecting to pitch, present and win new business, supporting onboarding and activation of partners and their clients.

This role would suit an Account Executive with proven partnerships or channel sales experience. We're looking for someone hungry, tenacious and eager to drive results!

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a critical role in growing our partner network, using a mix of inbound leads (yep, marketing’s got your back) and good old-fashioned hustle. This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll:

✨ Hunt: Proactively identify and pursue new partner opportunities

📈 Convert: Turn warm marketing leads and event contacts into active, revenue-generating partners

🤝 Close: Pitch like a pro and bring new partners into our programs

🚀 Grow: Drive engagement and increase referrals from your partner portfolio

🧠 Strategise: Build and execute smart, scalable sales approaches that deliver results without the fluff

💡 Network: Expand your reach through relationship-building and sharp outreach

🎯 Deliver: Own your pipeline, smash your targets, and keep Salesforce squeaky clean and up to date

Who you are

  • A few years under your belt in B2B SaaS or tech sales (bonus points for channel or partnerships experience)

  • Comfort with targets, CRM systems (hello, Salesforce), and reporting your success
