Responsibilities:
Facilitates strong collaboration with the HPEFS team and internal stakeholders, driving improvements in internal processes (HPEFS process related calls with L2C) and monthly results.
Demand good understanding of the processes to navigate the complexities of dispute resolution. Not typical tasks and many ad-hoc reports are requested from BU/Finance/ Controllership etc.
Supports audit teams with specific information related to the aged items for different entities across EMEA region.
Tracks the backlog of cases aged over 180 DPD with write-off risk for over 365 DPD bucket – serves as base for escalation at EMEA level BU and Finance.
Weekly calls with SDM’s / PM’s EMEA that are held with leasing specialist team leader.
High complexity and non-standard portfolio with specialized knowledge.
