We are currently searching for a Process LTS :

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize automation solutions for the Body-in-White (BIW) process, including robotics, PLCs, and other automated systems.
• Lead and coordinate automation projects, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Continuously improve BIW processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical support to the manufacturing team, including troubleshooting automation-related issues.
• Conduct training for staff on new automation technologies and processes.
• Maintain documentation for automation systems, procedures, and updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, QA) to ensure successful automation integration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, preferably in the automotive industry with a focus on BIW processes.
• Proficient in PLC programming, robotics, and automation systems.
• Familiarity with CAD software and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
• Strong project management skills, capable of leading complex initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator, with strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• High attention to detail and ability to ensure technical accuracy.
• Adaptability to evolving technologies and fast-paced environments.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
