We are currently searching for a Process LTS :
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize automation solutions for the Body-in-White (BIW) process, including robotics, PLCs, and other automated systems.
- Lead and coordinate automation projects, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Continuously improve BIW processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide technical support to the manufacturing team, including troubleshooting automation-related issues.
- Conduct training for staff on new automation technologies and processes.
- Maintain documentation for automation systems, procedures, and updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, QA) to ensure successful automation integration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, preferably in the automotive industry with a focus on BIW processes.
- Proficient in PLC programming, robotics, and automation systems.
- Familiarity with CAD software and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
- Strong project management skills, capable of leading complex initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator, with strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- High attention to detail and ability to ensure technical accuracy.
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and fast-paced environments.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
