We are currently searching for a Industrial Engineer:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage industrial projects related to the Body-in-White (BiW) section, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the BiW team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and production, for process integration.
• Ensure compliance with our client’s internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Plan and manage resources to support project execution and continuous process enhancements.
• Use data-driven methods to monitor process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Report project status and KPIs to senior management with clarity and precision.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial process management, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Strong skills in project management, data analysis, and problem solving.
• Familiarity with BiW processes, manufacturing technologies, and quality control methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, capable of mentoring teams and driving performance.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
