Sygnia is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our People team for maternity leave replacement. This is a hands-on role for a passionate and driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead full-cycle recruitment processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to take part in shaping Sygnia’s continued growth by connecting top talent with business needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes for global roles, such as Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Administrative Operations.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define effective hiring strategies.
- Manage all aspects of the candidate journey, ensuring a professional, smooth, and engaging experience.
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Use data and insights to evaluate and improve recruiting performance and decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with the global People team and contribute to ongoing team initiatives.
Requirements
Main Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner in a startup or high-growth company.
- Proven experience in full-cycle global hiring, including direct sourcing and end-to-end interviewing.
- Experience working with Comeet is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to lead and conduct job interviews in English.
- Experience leading hiring processes across various domains such as Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Administrative Operations is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, global, and fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates at all levels of seniority.
- Strategic thinker with strong business orientation and high attention to detail.
