What you will do

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Nexperia, you:

• Proactively search for candidates through various media channels

• Write and post recruiting advertisements. We appreciate creative vacancy content

• Manage the talent pools and ensure that candidates are informed about new vacancies

• Select your incoming applications by suitability

• You are in close contact with fellow recruiters and hiring managers

• In short, a versatile, varied function where you will have every opportunity to grow

What you will need

• A completed Bachelor’s Degree, preferably 1 - 3 years of agency experience

• Familiar with basic recruitment processes

• Good command of the English language

• Proactive, result-driven driven and importantly with great passion in talent acquisition

• Last but not least, you are a real team player with excellent communication skills
