Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will ensure that our global payroll, employment, and benefits operations remain compliant by identifying changes with potential business impact. You will also:
- Assess the impact of new laws and regulations, advising on required updates to policies and processes.
- Act as a central liaison between BSO, People Partnering, Rewards, Global Tax, and external vendors on compliance-related topics.
- Lead communication efforts, ensuring partners are aligned on upcoming changes and related implications.
- Develop and deliver training to HR, payroll, and other business teams on emerging compliance requirements.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to inform leadership of compliance status, key risks, and mitigation progress.
- Support audits by providing accurate documentation and contributing to effective risk management.
This is a temporary position for 2 years as part of a strategic project focused on enhancing global payroll compliance. This position is located in Prague – Jinonice, and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

You will become part of Business Service Operations (BSO), which plays a vital role in driving the LEGO Group’s long-term growth strategy and ensuring operational excellence.
The purpose of the BSO is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many kids over the next 5–7 years!
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience in HR compliance, labor laws, employee tax regulations, legislative affairs, or a related role
- Demonstrated experience coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams, including HR, Legal, Tax, and external vendors
- Familiarity with HR practices and processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and facilitate collaboration across diverse partner groups
