Speech Language Pathologist- Providence Home Services Oregon- Gorge, Oregon

Schedule: Per Diem/ Days

Supports the Gorge Region

Manages and provides skilled Speech/Language Pathology to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, in a home setting in accordance with a physician's plan of treatment, taking into account individual patient's special or age related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client speech/language/swallowing independence in accordance with the individual's functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Master's Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program or equivalent educ/experience

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

  • Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire.

  • 1 year of Clinical experience as a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Point of Care experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
