Role Overview:

The person hired for this position will be part of the Group Tech and Technology team, operating within the Operational Excellence unit. The main responsibilities will focus on managing solutions related to coating technologies used in beverage can production processes across CANPACK Group’s global manufacturing sites. The scope of duties includes overseeing the implementation of technological solutions, collaborating with factories and external suppliers to ensure process compliance with quality and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with manufacturing plants on coating technologies used in beverage can production.
Defining technological standards and improving processes to enhance production line efficiency.
Conducting technological audits at CANPACK Group factories.
Managing material consumption standards for coating applications.
Initiating and implementing optimization actions for the coating application process.
Supervising technical documentation related to coating processes.
Monitoring technological changes and trends in the field of coating materials.
Maintaining and updating the database of coating materials used in production.

Requirements:

Higher technical education (preferred fields: chemistry, materials engineering, production technology).
Experience in a Process Engineer or Technologist role will be an asset.
Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
Proficiency in CAD-type software.
Familiarity with the aluminum beverage can production process is welcome.
