Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits and Learn Consultant

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our HCM department as an Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits and Learn Consultant. They will be responsible for providing solutions related to US Benefits implementation and supporting the Benefit and Learn Modules. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the HCM cloud and its pre-configured solutions.

Understand client requirements and perform a detailed assessment of their processes.

Configure, test and deploy the Benefits and Learn Modules in the Oracle HCM Cloud.

Identify and provide solutions for any problem areas found.

Ensure system integrity and perform issue resolution and enhancements without breakage.

Assist in designing, developing and executing testing strategies.

Extensive experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud US Benefits is a must.

Ability to respond to and resolve support issues arising in the Benefit and Learn Modules.

Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.

Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
