1.Strategic Marketing Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies to support the growth and visibility of Consumer Banking, Enterprise Banking, and Business Banking products and services.
- Collaborate closely with business unit heads to understand objectives, align marketing initiatives, and translate them into actionable plans.
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, PR, events, and partner collaborations.
2. Marketing Performance Management
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and track return on marketing investment (ROI).
- Monitor and report campaign performance, customer engagement metrics, and market trends to optimize future strategies.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews and provide strategic insights to improve effectiveness.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the main liaison between Marketing and internal business units to ensure marketing activities are aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and media teams as well as external agencies for campaign execution and brand consistency.
- Present marketing proposals, results, and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
4. Brand Positioning & Market Intelligence
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all business units and marketing platforms.
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform strategy and positioning.
- Recommend marketing innovations and tools to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Marketing or Business-related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in strategy development and execution, preferably in the banking or financial services industry;
- Meticulous with strong writing, editing and organizational skills;
- Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing, customer segmentation, and campaign performance tracking.
- Analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics and reporting.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, social media platforms) Good command of English both spoken and written.
