1. Internal Comms
- Plan, develop, and execute internal communications across various channels, including staff emails, newsletters, intranet, digital signage, and posters.
- Craft engaging messages that inform staff about corporate news, and key initiatives.
- Support and coordinate staff engagement activities such as townhalls, internal contests, CSR participation, staff appreciation days, team retreat, and knowledge-sharing events.
- Partner with HR and other departments to promote a positive workplace culture through effective communications and engagement programming.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of internal communication and staff engagement efforts to improve reach and relevance.
2. Campaign Support
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events, campaigns, press conferences, and client engagement activities.
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events.
- Prepare event materials and support logistics on-site.
3. Merchandise Management
- Oversee the inventory and distribution of corporate merchandise and branded items.
- Coordinate with suppliers for procurement, production, and quality assurance of marketing materials.
- Maintain records of stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
4. Multimedia
- Serve as in-house photographer/videographer for internal and external events, campaigns, and social media content.
- Edit and archive photos and videos in an organized digital library.
- Ensure consistent quality and brand representation in all visual materials.
5. Administrative
- Assist in processing payments, purchase requests, and vendor documentation.
- Provide general support to the Marketing & Communications team to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with internal processes.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business related field;
- Minimum 1-3 years in marketing communication related experience;
- Meticulous with strong writing, editing and organizational skills;
- Must be a self-starter, and able to work well with people at all levels in the organization;
- Background in event marketing and experience/knowledge of financial industry will be a plus;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications;
- Good command of English both spoken and written.
