We’re looking for a Digital Practice Lead to help us build a digitally confident and empowered workforce. This is a pivotal role in embedding digital solutions into social work practice - freeing up time for frontline teams to focus on what matters most: supporting people.

 

Your role and responsibilities 

As Digital Practice Lead, you will:

  • identify and champion digital opportunities across Adult Social Care (ASC)
  • co-produce digital approaches with operational teams and stakeholders
  • support prevention strategies through digital care technologies and information platforms
  • lead delivery in the West locality, including the Cassius Digital Care programme
  • drive innovation trials and contribute to integration efforts
  • deliver efficiencies aligned with the People First Programme.


 

You will need

We’re looking for someone who:

  • has in-depth knowledge of our Digital Care Partnership
  • brings strong practice experience in social care
  • is passionate about digital transformation and its impact on people’s lives
  • thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • builds strong relationships across diverse teams and sectors
  • has experience or a keen interest in innovation, integration, and digital project delivery
  • ideally has existing contacts in care, health, or technology sectors.
