About the Role

The Human Resources Specialist supports HR consultants and team members with administrative tasks, manages reports and high-volume data, and handles sensitive employee information confidentially. They collaborate with the HR team to deliver high-quality customer service and professionally represent the department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
• One to three years of job related experience in a confidential environment preferred.
• Previous Human Resource experience preferred.
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
• Basic proficiency in MS office required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
