Eligibility 

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from an HEC recognized university.

Experience:

•  Minimum 4 years of relevant experience required.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise and hands-on experience in designing, deploying, administering, and migrating databases across multiple platforms including Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, and DB2
• Skilled in database performance tuning, backup and recovery, and high availability solutions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to perform under pressure in critical environments

Responsibilities:

• Implementing, maintaining, monitoring, configuring, and administering MSSQL and Oracle databases
• Troubleshooting database issues in production and non-production environments and ensuring fixes are fully implemented while collaborating with infrastructure teams for RCA
• Managing user requests for access control, backup, restore, database refreshes, and performance tuning activities
• Configuring and reviewing database security controls and hardening techniques to meet industry best practices
• Ensuring 24/7 availability for troubleshooting, support, and smooth database operations
