Job description
- Plan and prioritize marketing investments with strategic budget allocation to maximize impact
- Collaborate closely with the APAC regional marketing team to ensure alignment with global brand direction and identity
- Develop brand-specific marketing strategies and implement an effective media mix to enhance brand equity in Korea
- Strengthen brand communication through digital articles, social media, and lifestyle media to increase consumer engagement across various touchpoints
- Drive sales conversion among the 20s–30s young target segment by executing middle funnel marketing initiatives that build preference and consideration
- Lead the creation of marketing communication assets for Samsonite RED in coordination with other APAC markets
- Draft press releases and media materials, while monitoring market trends and competitor activities with PR agencies
- Manage agency relationships, evaluate performance by project, and make informed decisions on contract renewals
- Oversee marketing spend, ensuring all activities and campaigns are executed cost-effectively within the assigned budget
- Provide regular reporting on successful marketing activities to the APAC regional team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- At least 5–8 years of solid brand marketing experience in both retail and agency roles for an Advertising and PR position.
- Fluent in English communication
- Strong relating skills for building trustful partnerships with internal and external business partners
Preferred
- Experience in street fashion brands is highly desirable
