Customer Operations Support Officer

Amega Group is seeking to hire a detail-oriented Customer Operations Support Officer to join our global operations team. This role focuses on supporting internal systems, coordinating information flow between teams, and ensuring the smooth running of operational processes across Amega Group brands.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support to internal teams to ensure smooth platform functionality and workflow efficiency

  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure information is recorded, updated, and maintained accurately in internal systems

  • Monitor internal dashboards and reports to identify system or process issues and escalate to the technical team where needed

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining operational reports for management review

  • Support internal testing of platforms and tools, reporting any bugs or improvement opportunities

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve internal processes and user experience

  • Ensure operational tasks are carried out in line with company policies and procedures


Requirements:

    • Experience working with CRM systems, live chat tools, and trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5

    • Familiarity with internal documentation and data management tools

    • Previous experience in customer operations, technical support, or similar administrative functions in Forex, fintech, or related industries

    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently

    • Fluent verbal and written English (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
