I.  DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The Technical Project Manager – M365 Tenant Migration will serve as a technical project management lead for the Microsoft 365 cross-tenant migration, with a primary focus on leading the project team through successful delivery of technical deliverables as we work to improve the GLO’s existing M365 environment.

While a selected vendor will handle most of the hands-on migration work—particularly for the Community Development and Revitalization (CDR) unit—this role will support the effort by ensuring GLO’s tenant is secure, optimized, well-documented, and aligned with Microsoft best practices and federal compliance requirements.

Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding State holidays when the agency is closed.
