Mō tēnei tūranga | About the opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst Contractor to join a cutting-edge project focused on Generative AI over Structured Data Products. You’ll play a key role in shaping end-to-end business processes, defining how work moves across teams, and updating core templates that capture business requirements for GenAI and data-driven solutions. This is a strategic, high-impact role where you’ll help define success measures and ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.

ASAP start, with the contract running through to 31 July 2026.

You’re a forward-thinking BA who’s comfortable navigating complex systems and emerging technologies. You bring a structured approach to process design and know how to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Ideally, you’ve worked on data-centric or AI-related projects and can confidently:

• Build and document end-to-end business processes
• Define workflows and handoffs across teams
• Update and refine requirement templates for GenAI and data use
• Establish success metrics and ensure traceability
• Collaborate across business and technical teams to drive outcomes
