Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for internal teams and external customers to assess needs, prioritize tasks, and manage expectations.
- Review and process incoming purchase orders, including verification of:
- Engineering and tooling status (new/existing)
- Previous job and order history
- Work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods (FG) inventory
- Raw material and hardware availability (in-house or ordered)
- Conduct monthly or bi-monthly program reviews for all customers to align on upcoming order releases and material requirements.
- Establish and lead Program Management Reviews (PMRs) to monitor:
- Contract and quality compliance
- On-time delivery (OTD) performance
- Forecasts and backlog health
- Material and FG inventory
- Risk assessments and operational constraints (equipment/tooling)
- Program margins and profitability
- Customer relationships
- Perform contract review and oversight of Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) with major customers
- Release jobs to production to meet lead-time demand and monitor process flow.
- Coordinates expedite requests with production to meet urgent needs.
- Maintain and audit minimum/maximum inventory levels; manage Vendor-Owned Inventory (VOI) sales.
- Schedule and lead new program review meetings.
- Maintain and update customer files (active and inactive).
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly customer reports.
- Support annual physical inventory counts.
- Cost out Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and perform cost transfers/splits as needed.
- Process purchase orders, returns, and customer credits.
- Navigate and manage customer portals
- Track, measure, and drive quarterly and annual performance goals.
- Assist supervisors and managers in identifying and resolving challenges.
- Occasional travel may be required for customer visits or program support.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Provide general support to operations, accounting, and quality teams.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication skills – written and oral
- Must have excellent reading, writing and intermediate math skills.
- Two years of college and 2 – 4 years’ work experience or a high school diploma and 3 – 5 years’ work experience.
- Must be fluent with basic MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) for PCs
- Must be able to learn ERP system and effectively utilize the system to enter orders, monitor inventory, create, and maintain spreadsheets, create, and maintain department procedure documents, etc.
- Ability to understand and abide by all safety rules and regulations to perform the job.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet team expectations.
- Understanding and support of Company policies and procedures.
- Must have an intermediate understanding of computers.
Work experience in related industry is an asset but even if you do not have this, we still want you to apply. On the job training will be provided.
