📍 TX | ✈️ Travel: 35–40% | 🕐 Full-Time | 📅 2-3 days Onsite when not traveling | 💰 Starting Salary: $70,000 plus quarterly incentives

Are you a DOT safety expert ready to take the wheel in a high-impact role? TCI is looking for a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across our dynamic transportation network.

🔧 What You’Ll Do:

• Deliver engaging onboarding + ongoing safety training
• Investigate accidents & injuries (and get hands-on with ride-alongs)
• Participate in compliance audits & DQ file oversight
• Partner with operations to build a proactive safety culture
• Analyze safety data, scorecards, and driver behavior to drive results
• Ensure emergency plans, facility assessments, shop inspections, and safety goals are on point

🧠 What You Bring:

• Deep knowledge of DOT and FMCSA; understanding of OSHA, PHMSA, EPA regulations
• Experience leading safety programs in transportation or logistics
• Strong communication and coaching skills—you know how to rally a team
• Attention to detail meets big-picture thinking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & safety tracking software
