About the Team
The Integrated Marketing & Campaigns (IMC) team sits within the TikTok Shop US Operations Center as both a marketing and sales campaign team. The team is responsible for the strategic planning, development, coordination, and execution of cross-channel brand and sales campaigns. With deep alignment across PR, digital, and social media, IMC ensures campaigns drive brand awareness, engagement, and targeted revenue growth. The team plays a critical role in delivering cohesive, data-driven marketing strategies that support TikTok Shop’s core business objectives.
About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, self-motivated and results-driven Integrated Campaign Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, project management, and execution of seasonal and tentpole campaigns. This role requires a high degree of cross-functional coordination, timeline management, and creative thinking to bring campaigns to life from concept through launch. Ideal candidates are structured, execution-oriented, and deeply familiar with managing multi-channel marketing activations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Translate business and marketing objectives into integrated GTM campaign strategies
- Lead campaign development from concept to execution, aligning with business goals and seasonal priorities
- Own campaign briefing processes, ensuring clear roles, deliverables, and milestones across XFN partners (e.g. social, CRM, clusters, media, creative)
- Develop integrated GTM plans that span paid, owned, and earned channels
Project Management
- Drive cross-functional project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of all marketing assets and activations
- Coordinate with creative, ops, and channel teams to track progress, troubleshoot blockers, and deliver end-to-end campaign excellence
- Serve as point of accountability for campaign readiness and launch timelines
Execution & Optimization
- Partner closely with CRM, Social, Creator, and Media teams to launch campaigns across multiple touchpoints
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization levers in real-time
- Lead campaign retrospectives, synthesizing learnings into actionable insights
