About The Opportunity

As we continue to develop our global S&OP capability, we're looking for a Sales & Operations Planning Lead in Singapore - a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Planner to take their next career step. Reporting to the Head of S&OP & Supply Chain based in New Zealand, you'll benefit from exceptional leadership while gaining exposure to our global apple value chain.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and develop a team of S&OP Planners based in Singapore and New Zealand.
• Ensure the effective execution of the S&OP process across all global markets
• 'On the tools' demand planning and supply forecasting for key strategic Asian markets, ensuring variety plans and volume allocations are aligned
• Subject matter expert for network optimisation, capacity planning, and inventory management
• Maintain strong internal relationships and facilitate meetings with global stakeholders across sales, production, finance, and logistics
• Contribute to the design and development of best-practice S&OP processes and systems

About You

• Experience in a S&OP, Demand Planning, or Commercial Analyst style role
• FMCG industry background, ideally within the primary sector
• Analytical and data-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong technical skills in Excel, PowerBI, and SAP IBP (or other ERP system)
• Resilience to cope with the 'shades of grey' and pace of a global fresh supply chain
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capability
