Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas that correspond to full-time engineering jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. Position: Project Coordinator - Working Student
Duration: 12 months (possibility to prolong to the next 12 months)
Location: Poland (hybrid in Wroclaw)
Education Recommendations: Currently a candidate from the field of study as Administration, Management, Psychology and similar
 

As a part of our team you will:

  • Change map survey tracking and analysis
  • Administer the People Development program
  • Map and manage processes
  • Develop KPIs
  • Manage communications
  • Coordinate initiatives across product lines globally
  • Work with Change Leaders and R&D Management
  • Support local TC initiatives
     

You have:

  • Active student's status 
  • Good communication in English (both written and spoken) 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Knowledge about Scrum, Kanban, PowerBi will be a strong plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to think strategically  
  • Team player spirit 
  • Good management skills
