We are seeking a high-performing Commercial Manager with strong business acumen, analytical rigor, and an execution mindset. This role will play a key part in driving business performance and enabling pricing excellence—all while ensuring tight alignment across cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Strategy & Strategic Planning

  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and cross-functional teams for KPI finalization.
  • Organize and lead cross-functional forums to support the execution of GTM.
  • Lead development and refinement of GTM strategies using structured frameworks.

Customer Management

  • Set up and maintain Salesforce integration, including alignment with MDG and ERP.
  • Build and streamline scalable customer processes; collaborate with key stakeholders.

Financial Operations

  • Maintain key financial metrics and ensure accurate reporting with Finance.
  • Create and oversee Power BI dashboards to track KPIs, financial goals, and business metrics, and convert data into actionable insights.
  • Create and lead executive presentations for strategic reviews and decisions.

Pricing & Commercial Models

  • Support the design and execution of pricing strategies that drive profitability.
  • Conduct market and competitor pricing analysis to inform deal structures.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Sales on deal approvals and pricing governance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA is a must.
  • Demonstrated success in financial operations and strategic planning.
  • Skilled in building PowerBI dashboards and operational processes at scale.
  • PowerPoint ninja with the ability to create executive-ready presentations.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
