Your role as a Sales Development Representative

You will play a key role in growing our presence in the CEE market, and for this role it's regarding the Romanian market. You’ll identify new business opportunities, connect with potential customers, and build a pipeline of qualified leads. Collaborating closely with our supportive and passionate sales team, you’ll help businesses discover PinMeTo’s innovative solutions for managing their online presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Map prospect accounts by doing research online
  • Proactively prospect potential customers by phone, email and other market activities
  • Arrange discussions with senior executives around their business needs
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential customers

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent/native Romanian: to be able to reach new customers in this specific market
  • Driven & Goal-Oriented: Motivated to achieve targets and thrive on challenges
  • Strong Communicator: Confident with phone, email, and written communication
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset and excited to grow with the team
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is necessary since we're an international company
