  • Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise – Understanding of product and able to configure
  • Salesforce declarative configuration experience across Sales Cloud
  • Flow – Essential to be able to build relatively complex Flows
  • Strong stakeholder engagement – Be responsible for arranging meetings and workshops with stakeholders, leading the conversation.
  • Able to write clear User Stories and Acceptance Criteria – Able to document work and create technical specifications.
  • Reports & Dashboards – Being able to take complex business requests and build reports & dashboards to meet requirements. Where Salesforce isn’t possible, understand other possibilities for data visualisation

 

Non-essential but Desirable (nice to have!)

  • Experience with building Integrations (Apex knowledge)
  • Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
