Senior Producer

Independently lead a videogame project (or a significant portion of a large multi-studio project), from onboarding phase all the way to submission, first party approval & post-launch support or leading multiple medium-size co-development projects in parallel with a team of Associate Producers.

Engage with department leads and the development team to define project requirements, resource needs, and establish task schedules.

Set project goals and its milestones with a good understanding of the project scope and constraints, generate reports and documents needed to keep visibility on project progress.

Coordinate team activities to ensure that project tasks are prioritized and completed according to established roadmaps, making sure both timeliness and quality are under control.

Assist Directors and/or leads with planning and tracking (team needs and project objectives).

Responsible for organizing the teams work, by establish a communication plan between client, internal cross functional team and cross studio teams.

Collaborate with development teams to remove blockers during production.

Ensure timely delivery of assets and milestones and participate in review meetings.

Provide mentoring and training to Producers and Associate Producers and assist with interview & hiring process of these roles.

Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Producer, managing large internal teams within the video game industry (Software Engineers, Artists, Designers, Audio Specialists, Senior Project Managers or Associate Producers etc.) that shipped AAA Games.

Good working knowledge of Video Games and understanding of how game software is developed.

Mature personality, able to manage relationship at senior level, appreciates a multi culture-working environment.

Creative, pragmatic, and able to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project development.

Strong leadership, able to drive various functions through the whole development process.

Excellent organizational and analytical skills that help to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines.

Strong project management fundamentals.

Passion for video games and the industry.

Great communication skills, ability to clearly explain tasks and escalate issues.

Fluent English language skills.

Familiar with Scrum methodology and related software.
