Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity role, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
- Experience in critical business areas, with an understanding of the broader industry and engaged landscape.
- Experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- Experience influencing at different organizational levels.

We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000-$138,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership to enhance cross product area activation, explore new business opportunities, and improve execution.
- Project manage key initiatives, such as Annual Planning, the Plays Program, and Specialist Cadence, to advance pGTM priorities, ensuring structured thought leadership and thorough follow-through.
- Collaborate with peer teams in Product Go-to-Market to formulate a cohesive, cross-product strategy and operational framework for Americas Large Customer Sales (LCS).
- Influence internal cross-functional leadership, including Product, Sales, gTech, Ads Finance, and other GTM teams, regarding product strategy and commercialization.
- Identify additional areas of opportunities and develop tactical plans, and mobilize stakeholders to execute to improve customer and seller satisfaction.
