Responsibilities:

Supports month-end and year-end close processes and ensures timely execution of responsibilities
Prepares asset, liability and capital entries by compiling and analyzing account information
Prepares monthly financial statements, detailed account analyses and accounting reports
Supports internal and external audit processes
Ensures the accuracy of financials through detailed analysis
Executes balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts
Responsible for the execution of one or more tasks related to accounting processes (fixed assets, taxes, collections, internal controls, etc)
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends
Coordinates accounting matters with other departments, locations and divisions
Actively participates on or leads project teams to improve accounting processes and procedures. Recommends enhancements and documents the improvements as necessary
Maintains satisfactory attendance incuding timeliness
Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations. If accountable for the work of others, resposible for ensuring their understanding and compliance
Communicates with manager and/or director on work status and other issues that arise

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics or Finance;
4 years of Accounting experience reflecting increasing level of responsibility
Ability to demonstrate intermediate skills and knowledge of MS Excel
Experience with SAP Accounting Software
Ability to demonstrate advanced skills and knowledge of MS Excel
Experience effectively communicating information and responding to questions from managers and other internal and external business partners
Experience solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Must be willing to work in a night shift schedule/US Hours and during PH holidays.
Must be amenable to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes.
