Master Data Management

Responsibilities:

• Supports the creation of best-in-class master data.
• Participates and supports in researching and recommending sustainable improvements in master data process to support the launch of new products, new materials, and changes to existing products.
• Collaborates with Scrum masters, Product owners, and cross-functional team members to learn about and support new products, new materials, and package change projects.
• Supports the optimization of business processes for data improvement resulting in greater accuracy and efficiency.
• Updates and maintains hierarchies, enforces integrity, and reviews procedures and process flow to allow for synchronization of data between systems.
• Produces results that ensure accurate and timely master data.
• Supports, updates, and maintains custom data tables to support efficient business process flows.
• Supports current discontinuation processes and improvements.
• Participates in the development, documentation, and training of department procedures.
• Seeks to understand organizational standard and practical application of rigorous Pareto analysis and logic to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
• Supports corporate initiatives and policies such as Supplier Certification, ISO 9001, GMP and Industry Best Practice.
• Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
• Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality environmental and safety regulatory considerations.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or business administration with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP, Jira, SharePoint, and Confluence
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Skilled in writing reports, interpreting technical data, and reading regulations
• Detail-oriented with experience in multi-tasking and discrepancy resolution
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Able to handle confidential info and perform well under pressure
• Must be willing to work in a night shift schedule/US Hours and during PH holidays.
• Must be amenable to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes.
