Windsor at Celebration is recruiting for a hospitality focused Plant Operations Supervisor to join our team! This role is responsible for assisting with the care and maintenance of all aspects of the community’s physical plant to include maintaining an effective preventative maintenance program. Plant Operations Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the repair and maintenance of all residential and community equipment, interior and exterior of community property. Assists Plant Operations Director in training, supervising and evaluating maintenance staff. Assists in inventory control, computerized monitoring of maintenance inventory, works within annual budget. Responsible for assisting in all phases of safety and safety inspections.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Operations Technician:
 

  • Maintain equipment, building, utilities and grounds with an adequate preventative maintenance program. Arrange for maintenance contracts as necessary.
  • Maintain the emergency power generating equipment along with all fire and life safety equipment and fire drill and safety inspection reports.
  • Provide residents and staff with a timely and effective response to service requests.
  • Ensure all equipment and systems function properly and safely. Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations/ordinances.
  • Responsible for performing general maintenance duties in the community including but not limited to carpentry, electrical work, HVAC work, painting, plumbing, pool repairs and appliance repairs.
  • Responsible for the operation of hand and power tools and ensuring that all equipment is in safe operating order.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

  • High School diploma
  • Maintenance experience (preferred)
