Job Type: Full-Time | Day and Night shifts available (rotating 12-hour schedule)
Position Overview
Revere Plastics is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Team Lead to guide and support our production crew in a hands-on leadership role. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can lead the team independently, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety without direct supervisory oversight.
The Senior Team Lead will act as the crew’s point of contact, driving daily operations, coaching team members, and maintaining high standards across all production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the production crew, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
- Serve as the primary resource and point of contact for team members during the shift
- Provide on-the-floor coaching, training, and mentoring to promote skill development and teamwork
- Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions to meet production goal
- Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards consistently
- Communicate clearly with management regarding crew performance, production issues, and improvement opportunities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and help implement best practices
- Maintain accurate records related to attendance, production metrics, and quality
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior operator role within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational abilities
- High school diploma or GED required, additional technical or leadership training a plus
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including overtime as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and internet navigation.
