Operations Supervisor

We’re hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead our field crews and help deliver critical infrastructure projects — including water, sewer, stormwater, and septic systems. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage people, keep jobs moving, and make sure work gets done safely, on time, and to spec.

You’ll also work closely with contractors, inspectors, and local municipalities. If you’ve got experience in civil or utility work, know how to lead a crew, and want a path toward bigger leadership roles, we want to talk.

What You’ll Do

• Run the day-to-day work for a team of field techs — scheduling, coaching, and solving problems in the field
• Oversee contractors on site —  making sure they follow plans, permits, and safety rules
• Help manage job costs, materials, and any needed changes during the work
• Make sure we’re meeting local permitting and inspection requirements
• Build strong relationships with your crew, customers, and city/county reps
• Train and develop team members — we promote from within, and you’ll help make that happen
• Support the Operations Manager and be ready to step up when needed

What You Bring

• 5+ years working in civil construction, underground utilities, or similar field work
• Experience leading a crew or managing field operations
• Familiarity with water, sewer, pipeline, or septic system work
• Good with planning, job costing, and change orders
• Comfortable working with subcontractors, customers, and local officials
• Licensed (or willing to become licensed) for septic or plumbing work, depending on the state
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
