About the role

As an Integration Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that connect systems, applications, and data across the enterprise. You will lead the architecture and strategy for seamless data flow and interoperability between internal and external platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Your role is pivotal in enabling digital transformation and operational efficiency through robust integration frameworks and technologies.

You will champion the transformation of integration architecture into a strategic enabler of enterprise agility, resilience, and innovation. By embedding integration as a core capability across the organization, you will ensure that systems, data, and processes work in harmony to support evolving business needs. You will position integration at the heart of transformation, empowering teams to deliver seamless customer experiences, unlock operational efficiencies, and accelerate time-to-value through connected technologies.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Integration Architect with a strong track record of designing and implementing integration solutions across complex enterprise environments. With a deep understanding of integration patterns, middleware technologies, and APIs, you are able to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure technical designs.

Bringing hands-on expertise in a wide range of integration technologies and platforms, such as ESBs, iPaaS, messaging systems, and API management tools your knowledge will span both cloud-based and on-premise solutions, confident in guiding organisations through digital transformation journeys, ensuring systems are seamlessly connected and optimised for performance.

Collaboration should be at the core of your approach, comfortable in working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to shape integration strategies that support organisational goals. With strong communication and leadership skills, you can influence at both technical and executive levels, while mentoring teams to adopt best practices in integration design and delivery.

Above all, you are a problem solver who thrives on complexity and innovation, with the ability to balance technical detail with strategic vision. You take pride in creating integration solutions that not only meet today’s business needs but also provide flexibility for future growth and change.
