Join our dynamic Sydney office team as an Operational Excellence Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by supporting the Project Management team and ensuring compliance with process and quality requirements.

With respect, integrity and honesty, responsibilities include:

• Partner with the AMP team to design, teach, mentor, and implement process changes that drive high standards of excellence.

• Implement operational excellence through the integration of principles, behaviors, systems, and tools.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

• Manage regular progress meetings and toll-gate reviews to ensure adherence to established processes.

• Demonstrate a data and process mindset, showcasing improvements in performance through developed processes.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in continuous improvement, engaging and working in partnership with all levels of the AMP team.

Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:

• Experience working in a team within the energy, construction, or services industry.

• Project management skills with at least three years of experience in solar PV projects.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Clear, professional, and articulate communication.

• Good problem-solving skills and high levels of initiative.

• Understanding of energy use and energy markets in Australia.
