High Fidelity Wraparound Coach

Description

The NC High Fidelity Wraparound Coach/Supervisor will provide coaching/supervision on how to facilitate a collaborative relationship among a youth a SED (serious emotional disturbance), his/her family and specifically the designated youth’s needs. The coach/supervisor will coach the HFW team members on how to aim to achieve positive outcomes by providing a structured, creative and individualized team planning process with four specific phases (engagement, plan development, implementation, and transition).

This position will travel to our Hickory Clinic occasionally.

Provides supervision, ongoing consultation, and crisis support to the HFW team

-Helps HFW Team understand the topics of training and develop an understanding of how to apply what they have learned through the structured professional development plan.

-Track certification of each team member and use professional development plan to assist each team member in mastering the core competencies of their role.

-Review cases regularly guided by HFW principles

-Supervise and evaluate the Primary Facilitator’s performance in all aspects of their position.

-Lead team coaching per week to monitor adherence to the wraparound principles and program protocols.

-Provide individual supervision

Requirements

Master Level Applicants (preferred):

Must possess degree at time of application Degree must be in Human Services or related field of study

Must have at least one-year post degree experience with designated population

Bachelor Level Applicants:

Must possess degree at time of application Degree must be in Human Services or related field of study

Must have at least two-years post degree experience with designated population

Degrees Accepted:

Social Work Counseling Psychology Criminal Justice

Marriage and Family Therapy

Experience Accepted:

Experience should include clinical case management or practice of therapeutic interventions Experience supervising and/or training staff

Experience working with at-risk youth, i.e., youth with one or more of the following behaviors: Truancy, Alcohol/Substance Abuse, Homicidal/Suicidal Ideations, Problem Sexual Behavior, Verbal/Physical Aggression, Runaway, Antisocial Behaviors
