About the Role
We’re hiring a Creative Producer to join our in-house Creative team at Powder Mountain. You’ll report to the Creative Teams Project Manager to support and execute creative projects across Powder Mountain, Powder Haven, and the Art Foundation.
This role is equal parts production management, project coordination, and content organization. You'll help keep things moving across multiple channels and vendors, while maintaining the quality and intent of the work, and being directly responsible for end-to-end production of photo & video shoots across all three brands.
You’ll also work closely with our marketing team to help create, resource, and produce omnichannel content, with a strong focus on collaboration specifically with the Social Media Manager, to ensure the link between Marketing’s output needs and Creative’s art direction are well-married.

Requirements
What You’ll Do
Photo & Video Production (40%)
- Oversee all aspects of photo and video shoots—from vendor selection and scheduling to post-production and final delivery.
- Uphold brand and art direction standards on shoots across Haven, the mountain, and the Art Foundation.
- Maintain and regularly update our preferred vendor lists for photographers, videographers, editors, and other creative collaborators (both local and out-of-state).
Project & Asset Coordination (40%)
- Support the Project Manager in managing day-to-day movement of creative assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (events, marketing, etc.) to ensure creative needs are met.
- Work with external freelancers and consultants—writers, illustrators, editors, etc.—to ensure deliverables are accurate and on schedule.
- Track feedback, manage rounds, and communicate updates clearly across teams.
Content Library Management (20%)
- Reorganize and maintain our photo and video archives.
- Develop a system for tagging, storing, and retrieving assets.
- Make sure new shoots are captured and logged in a way that makes them easy to access and use going forward.
- Be a point of contact for asset requests from both internal and external teams.
