• The Sr. Drilling Supervisor manages and implements Well Programs with greater degree of scope and complexity in terms of type of wells, regardless of location, logistics, and communication.
• Directs the entire drilling operations in a project site and leads the Drilling Supervisors in developing strategies for the effective implementation of the drilling program.
• Implements risks assessment of the entire drilling activities to eliminate potential hazards and downtimes associated with each phase of the drilling activities
• Supports and cultivates adherence to the HSE policies and guidelines.
• Reviews and evaluates drilling and workover problems and makes recommendations to resolve them.
• Performs field based assignments and supervises drilling operations.
