Requirements
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
The role of the ERP Systems Analyst is to support, design, and implement information systems in support of Fulton’s business goals and objectives. The ERP Systems Analyst serves as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all ERP modules and associated applications in support of the Company’s operations. Either personally, or by leading a team, this individual will continually advance Fulton’s business systems by identifying and implementing modules, supporting software, and developing or improving processes.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1) Function as the primary point of contact for ongoing user support related to implementation and continued utilization of the business systems
2) Establish training procedures and provide hands-on training to ensure efficient utilization of the business systems
3) Identify, both independently, and through working with decision makers and end users, areas of potential improvement and lead implementation and enhancement projects
4) Analyze current business processes and identify how to adapt them to fit into the existing software framework
5) Program solutions and reports leveraging business system data in support of management and user objectives
6) Partner directly with internal and third-party software development resources on new feature development, testing, and troubleshooting
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications and Required Experience):
1) Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2) Experience with ERP software
3) Experience in a manufacturing environment
4) Python/XML/SQL experience preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1) Repetitive Motion – Substantial movement/motion of the wrists, hands, or fingers
2) Sitting – The body is supported by buttocks and back and employees’ needs to remain seated for extended periods
3) Walking – Moving about on foot to travel and accomplish tasks, including long distances
