Role Overview:
Seeking a Continuous Improvement Consultant to lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. You will help transform the Client's service delivery models in preparation for upcoming high-profile events.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and DMAIC-based improvement projects
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop future-state process designs
- Deliver Yellow and Green Belt level trainings to client staff
- Coach teams in continuous improvement tools and cultural change
- Develop project charters, maps, training decks, and executive summaries
Qualifications:
- 10–15 years of process improvement or operations transformation experience
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification (required)
- Public utility or government agency experience (preferred)
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
