Supervisor Fixed Plant Maintenance

THE ROLE

• Lead the Fixed Plant Maintenance team in diagnosing faults, conducting inspections, and testing machinery across surface and underground fixed-plant environments, to determine and implement appropriate repair actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve asset performance
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to align maintenance strategies with production goals
• Oversee routine inspections and preventative measures of fixed-plant assets, dewatering, air supply systems, ancillary equipment and surface assets
• Manage maintenance planning and scheduling activities
• Provide timely updates on key projects and daily operations to senior management
• Implement a positive safe and productive culture in the workplace

WHAT DO I NEED

• Current “C” Class Western Australian driver’s licence
• Relevant Trade Certificate (Fixed Plant Mechanic)
• Minimum 10 years’ mechanical maintenance experience in an underground mining environment
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor or similar role
• Strong understanding of asset management principles and lifecycle planning
• Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Pronto (desired)
• Current Statutory Supervisor Schedule 26 (required)
• Knowledge and understanding of the Work Health and Safety Act & Regulations
• Intermediate computer skills & literacy, particularly across the MS Office suite
• A can-do, team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment
